1. Thông tin chúng tôi thu thập

Alabatrap được thiết kế theo nguyên tắc privacy by design. App KHÔNG có hệ thống tài khoản, không yêu cầu đăng nhập, và không gửi bất kỳ dữ liệu nào về máy chủ của chúng tôi (chúng tôi không có máy chủ thu thập dữ liệu).

Cụ thể, app KHÔNG thu thập:

• Họ tên, email, số điện thoại, hoặc thông tin nhận dạng cá nhân
• Vị trí địa lý
• Danh bạ, lịch, hoặc thông tin khác trên thiết bị
• Hành vi sử dụng, analytics, hoặc crash report
• Định danh quảng cáo (IDFA), cookie, hoặc tracker

2. Dữ liệu giải đấu (lưu local)

Khi bạn tạo giải đấu, app lưu các thông tin sau chỉ trên thiết bị của bạn qua SwiftData (Apple framework):

• Tên giải đấu, môn thể thao, thể thức
• Tên các đội / VĐV mà bạn nhập
• Lịch thi đấu và tỉ số các trận
• Bảng xếp hạng tính toán nội bộ

Dữ liệu này:

• KHÔNG được sync lên cloud (iCloud, server khác)
• KHÔNG được chia sẻ với bên thứ ba
• KHÔNG được dùng cho mục đích nào khác ngoài hiển thị trong app
• Bị xóa hoàn toàn khi bạn xóa app

3. Quyền truy cập Camera & Thư viện ảnh

App yêu cầu 2 quyền sau khi bạn dùng tính năng OCR (nhận dạng chữ từ ảnh):

📷 Camera (NSCameraUsageDescription)

Dùng để chụp ảnh danh sách đội/VĐV hoặc bảng tỉ số. Ảnh được:

• Xử lý hoàn toàn trên thiết bị bằng Apple Vision framework
• KHÔNG được lưu vào thư viện ảnh
• KHÔNG được gửi lên bất kỳ máy chủ nào
• Xóa khỏi bộ nhớ ngay sau khi OCR xong

🖼️ Thư viện ảnh (NSPhotoLibraryUsageDescription)

Dùng để bạn chọn ảnh đã chụp sẵn cho OCR. Tương tự camera — ảnh chỉ được đọc tạm thời để OCR, KHÔNG được copy / upload / lưu trữ ngoài app.

4. Bên thứ ba

App KHÔNG tích hợp:

• Analytics (Firebase, Google Analytics, Mixpanel, etc.)
• Crash reporting (Crashlytics, Sentry, etc.)
• Quảng cáo (AdMob, AppLovin, etc.)
• SDK mạng xã hội (Facebook, Google Sign-in, etc.)
• In-app purchase, payment processor

Toàn bộ logic chạy local. Không có request HTTP nào được gửi đi từ app.

5. Trẻ em (Children's Privacy)

App tuân thủ COPPA (Children's Online Privacy Protection Act). Vì app không thu thập bất kỳ thông tin cá nhân nào, app an toàn cho mọi lứa tuổi. Tuy nhiên, Apple App Store classification có thể yêu cầu 4+ tuổi.

6. Quyền của bạn

Vì app không thu thập data của bạn, không có "data của bạn" trên server của chúng tôi để truy cập / xóa. Để xóa toàn bộ dữ liệu giải đấu bạn đã tạo:

• Xóa app khỏi iPhone → SwiftData store bị xóa cùng app
• Hoặc xóa từng giải đấu trong app

7. Thay đổi chính sách

Chính sách này có thể được cập nhật trong các phiên bản tương lai (vd: khi thêm tính năng iCloud sync hoặc analytics opt-in). Mọi thay đổi sẽ được đăng tại URL này và ngày cập nhật ở dưới.

1. Information We Collect

Alabatrap is designed with privacy by design. The app has no account system, requires no login, and does not transmit any data to our servers (we don't operate any server collecting user data).

The app does NOT collect:

• Name, email, phone, or any personally identifiable information
• Location data
• Contacts, calendar, or other device information
• Usage behavior, analytics, or crash reports
• Advertising identifiers (IDFA), cookies, or trackers

2. Tournament Data (Local Only)

When you create a tournament, the app stores the following only on your device via SwiftData (Apple framework):

• Tournament name, sport, format
• Team/player names you enter
• Schedule and match scores
• Computed standings

This data:

• Is NOT synced to any cloud (no iCloud, no third-party server)
• Is NOT shared with third parties
• Is NOT used for any purpose other than display in the app
• Is completely deleted when you uninstall the app

3. Camera & Photo Library Access

The app requests the following permissions for OCR (text recognition) features:

📷 Camera

Used to capture images of team/player lists or scoreboards. Images are:

• Processed entirely on-device via Apple's Vision framework
• NOT saved to your Photo Library
• NOT transmitted to any server
• Discarded from memory immediately after OCR completes

🖼️ Photo Library

Used when you select existing photos for OCR. Same as camera — images are read temporarily for OCR only, never copied/uploaded/stored outside the app.

4. Third Parties

The app integrates NO:

• Analytics (Firebase, Google Analytics, Mixpanel, etc.)
• Crash reporting (Crashlytics, Sentry, etc.)
• Advertising (AdMob, AppLovin, etc.)
• Social login SDKs (Facebook, Google, etc.)
• In-app purchase or payment processors

All logic runs locally. No HTTP requests are sent from the app.

5. Children's Privacy

The app complies with COPPA. Since the app does not collect any personal information, it is safe for all ages.

6. Your Rights

Since the app does not collect your data, there is no "your data" on our servers to access or delete. To delete all tournament data you've created:

• Uninstall the app — SwiftData store is deleted with the app
• Or delete individual tournaments within the app

7. Changes to This Policy

This policy may be updated in future versions (e.g., when adding iCloud sync or opt-in analytics). Any changes will be posted at this URL with an updated date below.
